Most developed countries get quite a huge number of international students who come to their country just to get educated. Asides the expenses involved in getting educated, securing a good accommodation close to a student’s preferred institution is another hurdle. Presently in the world, there is an increase in the number of international students and these students spend some time finding the right accommodation. This accommodation challenge poses a serious threat to the concentration and success of students and therefore it has created a high demand for a conducive rental accommodation. HOMT LTD has decided to solve this problem by creating the world’s first hybrid rental platform using blockchain technology and it will change the face of real estate sector.

To make rental accommodation a less stressful procedure, HOMT LTD created an online market place where leasing accommodation becomes an easier and smoother process without the presence of third parties. The absence of third parties is as a result of smart contracts employed by Ethereum smart contracts. HOMT also makes investing in real estate a possibility for everyone through tokenization of its assets thereby leading to low investments minimum.
